The Xlart Group, Inc. provides a full range of award-winning design and engineering services. Including the designing and building of custom homes, kitchens, bathrooms, patios, pools, decks, landscapes, and garages as well as partial remodels and additions. Our meticulous workmanship and commitment to exemplary standards has resulted in an exceptional portfolio, which exemplifies: distinctive custom homes, commercial projects, small and large scale remodeling, and visionary community development.
Founded in 1999, Shachar Ronen and Ami Dahan brought 30 years of combined construction and artisan experience to the table. Ten years later, the company has grown into an established and well-respected corporation. Xlart’s quality, design and professionalism led it to win HGTV’s “Design Challenge” twice!
In addition to local projects, a sister company was established. Kalia’s main mission is to develop self-sustainable living compounds, particularly in Costa Rica. Shachar and Ami’s partnership dissolved in 2007. Shachar continued on with Xlart while Ami is now focused on Kalia. However, their friendship and respect for each other has sustained a working relationship.
Operating out of Encino, CA, XLart’s mission is constant: provide home and business owners with the opportunity to transform their living and working space. Through intelligent build and design combined with superior craftsmanship and architecture, Xlart produces custom results that exceed expectations. Xlart is devoted to its customers, and as such provides a defined budget and a commitment to deadlines.
