After our purchase of a 1916 Neo-Classical Style home we panicked. The home had been in ill repair for a number of years suffering from termite infection and water damage, and all around neglect. The elderly occupants had been unable to make necessary repairs and the evidence of the disrepairs was obvious from the curbside to the back door.When Noam Halpert of the The XLart Group, began to develop a design for our renovation we knew immediately, that she could make changes and improve the property without compromising the integrity and style of the original structure.After the plans were approved, which required design, engineering, permits, and lots of coordination we set out on a 2 year journey. And we became a family. The XLart Group took a mere vision and created our dream home. With breathe taking design and style our home is our hearts haven. We never imagined beyond our farthest reach that The XLart Group would make our dream a reality. Perfect craftsmanship and meticulous details are what can be expected when The XLart Group is involved. Our completed project is the “Jewel of our neighborhood, La Fayette Square”!

It is often said that if it sounds too good to be true that it is however, from our first meeting to the first night that I spent in my amazing remodeled home the process was nearly flawless. I feel like a bit of an infomercial each time I sing the praises of your company to one of the many friends and neighbors that have commented on the transformation of my home but truly I just can't say enough good things! The entire process from design through build was easy, fun, exciting and painfree!
